- Quelle and Stream-Qualität move out of Konto into their own
  Wiedergabe card; Konto is account + Abmelden only.
- Choices open a TV-style picker dialog (focus starts on the current
  value, Back closes) with the current value + drawn caret shown at
  the row's trailing edge.
